Smooth Intelligent Warehouse Control System (WCS):

     The Intelligent Warehouse Control System (WCS) is a layer of management control system between the WMS system and the PLC system. On the one hand, it interacts with the WMS system, accepts the instruction of the WMS system, and sends it to the PLC system, thus driving the library and the transmission equipment to produce the corresponding mechanical action. On the other hand, it will PLC system status and data in real time reflected in the interface, and to provide PLC system and transmission line manual debugging interface.

  System log:

    · Task log: including the equipment number, task serial number, bar code information, direction information, the results of the implementation of the task initiation time, task completion time;

    · System fault log: including device type, fault code, fault description, fault level, failure time and other information;
